Jimmy Carter because his main objective as President was to serve the interests of his country and secondarily to make the world a better place to live. If you read one of his books, you will see that his intent, sincerity and self-knowledge.

Castro so far at least you knew where he stood? I don't believe most of what he stood for at least he is the longest leader who stood what he was and got rid of corrupted organizations and nobody is starving there.
