You're forgetting one main point. Dooku was working for, or under the guidance, of the chancellor, or Darth Sidious if you prefer. He wouldn't have killed Anakin because the chancellor wouldn't have allowed it. He essentially gave up that fight willingly at the order of the chancellor .. it was a test for Anakin by the chancellor, to make him angry, to show him that vengeance was a good thing, whatever you want to make of it.
So counting that Anakin beat Dooku means nothing, since it was essentially rigged by the chancellor.
And, in the ending when Obi-Wan beats Anakin, it's because Anakin was fighting with rage, where Obi-Wan was fighting in defense of something he believed in ... emotion plays an enormous part on strength and agility in the real world all the time .. or haven't you heard the stories of mothers lifting cars off their children thanks to an adrenaline rush?
Lastly .. it's a damn movie for crying out loud, lol. The plot wouldn't have made sense written any other way.

In the book, Dooku is mamed in the fight with Anakin. He could not pick up his light saber. Anakin is standing there with both sabers in his hands and the Chancellor is telling him that it is okay, that this is just like the time with the sand people, that soe people deserve to die. Dooku is thinking that the Chancellor has his back but suddenly realizes that he is on his own. That is when Anakin scissor cuts Dooku's head off, turning to the dark side in the process.
The bit about ObiWon is also covered in the book. anakin and ObiWon have become like brothers. They share a fellowship for one another. The Chancellor tried to get Anakin to leave ObiWon on the ship at the beginning of the story when the ship is going down and ObiWon is still unconscious from the fight with Dooku. Anakin refused to leave his friend behind. In the final battles, Anakin is turning more and more to the dark side. He killed all the younglings and Jedis to increase his evil powers. Rage makes him stronger. The problem is the fight between the Chancellor and Yoda is there to teach you that emotion fuels the force so much that a person without emotion, though evenly matched can not win the fight. That is why Yoda loses. ObiWon wins his fight because he is the more skillfull swordsman and because Anakin is fighting inside himself. His rage is fighting his love. He is jealous of ObiWon and Padme and what could be happening there. Still ObiWon is the closest thing he has ever had to family. In an act of desperation, Anakin tries to flip over and kill ObiWon but that fails because the fellowship is a mutual love between both men. Obi Won's timing is just fast enough to mame Anakin and leave him crippled. This is where the idea of bringing balance to force is heading. If the darkside has rage then the light side needs love. Anakin was the first jedi to fall in love, with his Mother, with Padme, with ObiWon , and with his children.
When he eventually defeats the emperor it is because he can not bare to see his son die the way he saw his wife and mother die in his visions. At that momemt there was true balance in the force.

First of all who was the teacher? Yeah thats right
Second of all he went to the dark side in the end good triumphs evil.Basic fact of movies.
Thirdly Obi was fighting for what he belived and also knew more than Ani.
Fourth fighting angrily can blind you to obvious situations.Like he should be on the high ground not Obi.
Fifth Dooku wouldnt of killed him b/c they wanted him to join the dark side
And last Obi might've been fightin for Ani's wife also who he killed two different ways.
Kinda a good question.

OK, now put yourself into a thought provoking mode. Anakin defeated himself. Obi-wan was the instrument that was used. In real life when anyone places himself above another for his own gain he fails to see his own faults. Power is not a substitute for insight, understanding, and self-awareness. When Anakin stepped into the dark side he lost all else in his lust for pure power. That set him up for defeat.
