I can't really answer that question. You didn't give much information on it.

Here are some questions from me and maybe some you could ask to urself-

Is the water dirty?
Is it just color?
Is there a change in behavior?
Are they old?
Are they stressed from other fish?

Try researching some.

you don't have enough information, but i'm suspecting it's algae.
test for algae:
make some algae: rocks in a jar of water and leave in sunny area until water turns green. the rocks will have algae on'm.
compare the rock's algae and the stuff on your angelfish's head. does it look the same? if so, it's algae. go to the vet and they can help you.

Buy Ick-Away tablets from Wal-Mart for $2. if that doesnt clear it up and you care enough about the fish, then ask your local vet.
