if you two are trying to have a baby then before you try fertile insemination then you should try shooting your sperm into her vagina and having her stand on her head for five minutes and if the blood flow gets to her head and you want an easier way have her lay on her back and hold her butt and legs in the air. my friend did actually get pregnant this way. so it has been proven to work.

You have a better chance with rear penetration, it is deeper and gets the sperm closer to the cervix. Less sperm will die enroute. Also, ryhtmn methods on her behalf will give you a better sense of when she's ovulating. Good luck!
