Not sure what the highest is, but 121 is above average, if memory serves. I know mine was genius and it was 141 (still wondering how I did it).

There is virtually no limit to what a child can receive. Chris Chapman received the highest score recorded, 298( he was age 6), but his results were falsified( the highest IQ encountered, but not documented, was James Sidis. A psychologist who tested him a couple years before his death said that he had scored over 300. This is believable because his intellect didn't decrease in adulthood). The highest measurable IQ is 196( on a SD 16 scale) for adults. Some tests can go higher, but anything above that level has no bearing on the person, seeing as the Giga societies entry requirement is 190 (SD 15). 121 is above average. It isn't superior or "genius" which is just a fancy term for gifted.
To those of you who chose to use the tickle website as a judge of intelligence, shame on you. I have taken the WAIS and scored a 164. If we are judging by tickle, I scored a 144 on the classic, and a 168 on the super. I aced both, as it told me I was 99.9 percentile of tickle test takers. I used age 18 as a divisor and I am 13. I think 115 at tickle is the same as 100 on a real IQ test. For the record, I could go higher, seeing as I aced the test. I am not trying to brag, I am just showing you where you stand comparatively.

if you have over 140 you're considered a genius. 121 is considered very superior intelligence. The average score is 90-110. I'm 17 and I got 113 so I guess that's pretty good.

I believe it is about 168 or 170. A score of 121 is great actually and is above average. I scored 122 and was considered a word warrior.

There is not limit on how high the score can go, but when you get up to a certain score other specialized testing must be done. Here is a neat article about a boy that has 298+ IQ, just thought i would throw that in.
