No one really knows what or why about things like that except that you can speculate. One reason may be political, and they may want to be elected and they hate blacks and their voters are black, but they pretend to like them. and i am only using Black as an example it could be greeks, poles, irish, etc., And believe me I empathize with you, everyone has a dislike for some cultures, like i dont like german food at all or polish sausage, or bratwurst, etc., but I wont live in that area because their community does not suit my needs, not like I knock on their door for dinner but usually it means a predominant community. I like living in mixed neighborhood because the culture is better no one is dominating the other. I hate tacos so I am not moving too soon to Mexico. ha ha, I dont like Spanish food at all, well once in a blue moon I will have Chili. However I dont hate the people, I think most people would agree it is the culture that we dont like, but then we dont have to live like them here in America do we?
Only if we let in an abundance of a foreign culture on one style and they dominate us and then we are stuck going to grocery stores and finding all the foods we hate. And that is really the problem. Or like you said Chinese, I love Chinese food but I wont live in china or a chinese neighborhood. I think the political aspect is what you are looking for and you are correct people do hate races and lie about their feelings.

because you mistake racist of just being plain ignorant. A true racist is someone that believes that their race is fare more superior than any other, and they choose not to interact with any other race.
Ignorant-is a person that says racist things to spark a negative response, but these people have relations with other races.

People deny that they are racists because today racists are outlawed for being horrible people, which they should be, hell racism and hate have started almost every war in history, just think about it.

Because Political Correct Thinking has made them afraid to speak honestly and openly. They cannot see that Affirmative Action is govt mandated racism, and their petty peeves pale in comparison.

simply by fact they do no longer look to grasp while they have thoroughly and completely lost the argument (i.e. once you start up off having to assert you're 'no longer racist'). nonetheless, i do no longer think of it truly is honest white anybody is singled out in this admire. the ranges of institutional racism in Asian countries like Japan (fairly in the direction of the chinese language) beggars concept. that's the place the typical public all look to agree Unit 731 and the Nanjing massacre by no skill occurred. attempt to think of how Germany could desire to be at present in the event that they have been taught in college that the holocaust by no skill occurred and that could desire to grant you some thought of ways undesirable that's.

I always noticed that racists deny their racism and bigotry by claiming that they have friends that are the race they act hateful towards.

Most people are "moderately racist", that is: they don't realize their own racism. Fewer people are blantantly racist. That is why people deny being racist, they are not aware of it, or they think that as long as they're not a skinhead nazi, for example, then they are not racist.

Nobody is willing to own up to their character flaws. Racists don't think they are racist because they don't think. People are people, not races! Ignorance and hate usually walk hand in hand!

That's so true! I guess people tend to be in denial that they have certain obviously wrong characteristics, like when you call a thief a 'thief', they blew up coz they can't seem to accept that they really are a bad person, so they blame it to something else to not make themselves look bad. Still, they can't hide who they really are so the people around them figure it out anyway.

What annoys me is when they apologize for being racist.
e.g. "I'm sorry,I know it sounds racist, but I just don't like Mexicans."
Everyone knows they're not being sorry! And why even bring it up if you know the comment's racist?
