Fire isn't even a matter. So it can't be classified in any of the states - solids, liquids, gases. Only matter can be put into the three states.

fire isnt a state, its not even a transition between states. fire is a chemical reaction resulting in the release of energy in the form of light and heat.

Fire is light and heat energy. It is not matter so does not have a state.
