That is why a healthy body is often necessary for the healthy mind. But the reverse may not always be true!

Show me a mind that exists outside of a body. I've seen a body without a mind. I think that the two are codependent. Like lovers, sometimes they work it out, and sometimes they don't, but there is no divorce in this metaphysical marriage.

the mind is dependent on the body, without the body there is no mind but you can have a body with no mind.

The mind and body function as one. All organs in the body are interconncetd with one another. The brain recieves signals from body cells, and release chemicals as a result (ie. hormones).
