Great question Queen and a thumbs up. I was asking gonna ask the same question too.
Hanging Saddam Hussein would be as justifable as hanging Pol Pot (Khmer Rouge) and Gaddafi (Libya) and those responsible for thousands of death in former Yugoslavia and Rwanda etc.
Somehow, those others kind of escaped capture due either to global disinterest or zero economic returns.
Saddam Hussein became the focus after 9/11 perhaps as an attempt by the Bush administration to shift the public focus away from this intelligent fiasco. There will be fingers pointing and Bush is definately one of those guilty.
Mr. Bush and some of his adminstrators should also be hanged for misleading your nation into war and now getting entrapped in a war of attrition. Their bank accounts together with the saudis must had grown a zillion times larger now and will only stop when he finishes his second term.
Hanging Saddam is another of his mass deception ploy, it will end up with more deaths of your fine and respectable soldiers for his greed.
I am not a great fan of Saddam, he was vicious and sadistic but that forced peace and control that he brought amongst the Kurds/Shities/Sunnis did managed some stability there. Better still, he was a great deterrent to Iran which is now the new focus of your media.
I wish that Bush and most of his cohorts could be hanged also, better still let them hang themselves soon and world peace will prevail.

There are probably several people in the world that deserve hanging but I am happy that the people get their justice for all the pain that Sadam caused their country. If we had a dictator like him don't you think that everyone in the US would want justice as well?

Of Course, if you think about it, Bush should, in a way, it probably would never happen because the UN is way to much of a wussy to hang him but more soldiers have died then the amount of casualties on 9/11, over 35,000 people have died in IRAQ, as a result of the war, which was to steal oil from poor people, but now they justify it for just capturing Saddam, who they are going to kill anyways, so yeah i guess you could say bush deserves a little spanking.

What we know of Sadam is from the media. Is it justifiable to kill him? I have a small problem with that. I recall when John Wayne Gacy was killed and the public stood around rejoicing. He may have received his just due, but for people to celebrate ones death is deplorable.

even regardless of the indisputable fact that, Saddam Hussain replaced right into a tyrant chief and had killed too many harmless civilians in this place which he himself replaced into hanged, he don't have been performed in the type of trend. If I have been able to settle on upon him, i'd have imprisoned him in his existence time particularly than executing him. this would help in reconciliation and the peace technique between the numerous non secular factions of Iraq. bear in strategies that peace and reconciliation is extra significant than taking revenge or the rest for Iraq on the 2d. It is not just Saddam, his half brother and the other guy got it too. Our jails are full of murderers, child molesters and rapists that deserve it too, but unfortunately, it is not legal to hang someone in the United States.

If hangings were more prevalent in todays justice system then I believe that crime of the most violent nature would go down if this were applied to crimes such as murder, and sexual assault upon women and children. so yes this is justified and should also be implemented here as well. this should apply to all murders and sex offenders.

All terrorists who are busy planning more bomb explosions are deserving of that sentence. We should not let them get away for the atrocities they have commited and will commit in the future.
