Nothing...sorry. I dreamed so many times that I was pregnant- it never was. When I got pregnant each time my husband had the intuition first!
Honestly it probably means you're lonely and want the "unconditional love" a baby provides you. It's not time yet if you post a question like this. Find other things in your life that make you feel valuable. What are you good at? Can you do sports or something?

It prob. means nothing. People have crazy dreams all the time, so dont stress over it. Just because you dream your pregnant doesnt mean you are. I have dreamed I was a million, and one time I dreamed I married Steve Baldwin. Guess what, neither came true and I doubt they will ever come true. Sweet dreams.

1.you could actaully be pregnant
2.your worried about becoming pregnant
if you know your not pregnant or worried about it means that theres a part of your personality or personal life that is growing but it's not ready to be talked about or acted on yet.
lit means the birth of a new idea or goal.

There is a myth that when you dream you are pregnant someone dies and when you dream someone dies someone gets pregnant.
