try symantec client security. it scans every email messages and shows a warning if it is malicious. if an attachment can affect your computer you won't be able to open it. symantec also scans outgoing email so you can be sure that viruses don't spread. i can't imagine more secure way to protect email.

I suggest you scan your computer with a free anti-virus software that you can download from http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1 That should take care of it. It may also help if you use a firewall software to protect your computers from accepting viruses/trojans downloaded without you knowing.

most virus are spread through IE. IE is not a safe browser. you should use a more secure browser to protect your PC from virus.

i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can block any any popup and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE browser. as you know, most of virus spread throught internet and webpage.

besides, firefox is much smaller than IE, so it run faster than IE.

download firefox for free, Just have a try:

the 1st trick is obviously to not bypass on the internet without valid up as much as now virus secure practices. Many have virus courses that have expired (not as much as date). they're valueless without those weekly updates to stay away from infections. i want to advise Symantec, laptop buddies Anti-Virus courses and shop them up as much as now. looking on what viruses you have already got. setting up the courses will continuously arise with a instant notification on what viruses you have and would desire to do away with. each and every now and then as a boot sector virus you may probably be extra helpful off re-setting up your OS Operations equipment lower back and re-formatting it.
