I have dowloaded the software for the Flash plug-in a dozen times, and it still won't work on my computer. It is like something is blocking it from working. Help!

i was having the same problem on a Dell computer.
what i finally had to do was call dell and have them walk me through erasing my hard drive and reloading the core programs.
if you have any pics or documents that have not been backed up to cd or floppy you will want to do this first.
they also had to send me a boot disk before i could get started.
its easily fixed if you have the know how and the patience.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
