depending what your wearing...I mostly prefer ankle socks, but out of the three you listed, I would probably go for calf high socks. But like I said, all depending what your wearing and the make of the sock. Who knew socks could be so...scientific?

Short thigh high socks are uncomfortable enough the others are worse.

Thigh high socks or capri length leggings. I found some in camo, polka dots, and skull and bones!
