Yes, but he would take a bite of it anyway and then grab a cold beer to wash it down and simultaneously cool his mouth. He'd have a bit of a scald on his tongue for a few days, but God's a bad ass, he can handle it.

The answer is "no".
The one thing that God can not do is be Not-God. He is and always will be God and completely perfect in every way.
To create a sandwich so hot that He can not eat it implies an error on the part of God, which contradicts His very nature.
So as I said, the answer is "no".
Now that that is off your mind, do you think you can turn your attention to something more constructive or at least on-topic?

Since God obviously doesn't exist for you, why do spend time wondering what He could or could not do?
Instead of poking around the edges looking for cracks in other people's beliefs, it would seem more productive to spend more time advancing worthwhile activities and causes. In other words, why look only for ways to tear things down when we all have ways we can work together for good, regardless of our spiritual beliefs.
