Not really , you need to pass and become certified from the dept. of professional regulations at the ministry of education in U.K.

I'm sure you can but you probably have to pass an exam or something. UK is deficient in teachers. And be prepared to face some stupid school kids.
To the above answerer, Indian is from INDIA. The other kind is now known as Native American or Inuit (Canada).
