If you have Windows,Open the picture in Paint and save the image as a Jpg file.That will shrink it (in data,not picture size).If you have windows XP ,you can also put it in a .ZIP folder.Right click in the folder were the picture is,and Press New,then ZIP Folder and drag the photo into that folder,that will shrink the photo (as data,not Photo dimensions).

Picasa... Free photo archive software which you can resize and mail and even it can do batching system.

Go to www.kodak.com and download easyshare. Good simple program that works good for emailing pics and resizing them for print. Is freeware.

open your photos in windows paint and save them as .bmp so you can reduce your photos size to kilobytes, now it is easy to mail them

I've heard that free Irfanview will do it.
I use software that came with my scanner.
