I like a medium rare porterhouse and I like a loaded baked potato and a nice salad. Rolls and garlic bread are great too! I like steak sauce, usually A1, and sauteed mushrooms. My other steak is a Kansas City Strip. Great question!!

medium well, seared and then cooked in the oven. If you don't let it rest, (meaning you don't cut into the steak for 5min after taking it off the heat) it will be very dry. So, i like mine to rest and then served with some natural juices leftover in the pan. A good quality steak doesn't need alot of marinade or spice.

IMHO, it is served best with a light salad, loaded baked potato, and a fruit dessert.

Blessings to you!

Blue. But only from very good restaurants because I don't want to get sick. If the place is somewhat questionable (or they just don't serve blue steaks) I have it medium-rare, more rare than medium.

I'm traditional with the sides. I like a baked potato, some garlic bread, and some sort of vegetable (corn, preferably) with my steak.
