I wanna know is there any way of saying greetings to some one other than saying typical 'seasonal greetings' or 'Happy new year'

Some one wished saying something but I cudn catch the words?
plz does anyone know?

It depends on where you are, who you're talking to, and what they celebrate. If you're speaking to a Christian, the greeting is 'Merry Christmas', to a Jewish person 'Happy Hannukah', I don't know the appropriate greeting for the holiday of Eid ul-Fitr (the Muslim holiday that falls around this time of year.) Or you could simply wish everyone "Season's Greetings" or "Happy Holidays", which is generic.
