To get a proper answer you should see a professional (start with your family doctor). It could be one of several things, but to really know you'll need to see someone that can do a thorough evaluation.

First of all do you have a mate?
And if you love that person?
If you do than you must adopt that personality and develop a realistic view of the fact that you will lose them and be all alone with your other personality, and if that is enough to keep you company fine, but I would think you would get bored with that and eventually evict that other personality.
The other thing is to get a professional Psychologist or Psychiatrist, because if you are taking anything (alcohol ) you might have a chemical imbalance and they may have to balance you on medication for a while. But a proper diet is always important especially for your elecrolytes the brain is super dependent upon those being balanced. so Happy New Year and Good Luck.

I too have the same problem so don't worry you are not the only one!

There are two types one who cant take decisions and their moods keep on swinging here and there, this way or that way; the other who are prepared for both whether this way or that way.

You have to identify what type you are. The former one do not reach anywhere whereas the later types are not affected by the circumstances.

yoy may also like to check if you have double line of hearts or double lines of head in any of your palms...sometimes people have dual personalities or the split personalities. This kind of phenomenon is pretty rare. Very few people had this in the past and they were genius.

Get off the buzz for a week and see what happens. If you're not happy with who you are, then no drug can change that. Nothing against a good buzz, but it should be for fun, not to escape reality. I think the buzz is controlling you too much. Try just being yourself without it. :)

Do you have MPD? (Multiple personality disorder)

If you do, that's dangerous. I'll seriously suggest you seek professional help. Try a psychologist or a psychiatrist. Personality disorders doesn't get rid of themselves.

Sometimes, your doctor will prescribed you drugs that'll supress your mood swings. (Please consume as prescribed) So that's kind of easy to deal with. With proper therapy, you'll get over the mood swing thing and you won't need the drugs anymore.

But the split personality thing, you seriously have to see a psychiatrist about it.

Sounds a lot like bi-polar but I am no doctor. If it is bi-polar then every time you have a major mood swing you have a minor seizure (which damages your brain). I would go to a doctor and talk to them about your problems. They can give you pills that will help stabilize you and have fewer side effects.

You might be more stable if you weren't under the influence all the time for starters. Then if you were still roller coasting, maybe you should see a Doctor, and discuss your instability.
