As for a program to make pictures look nicer, you can use photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop. That is very expensive software but can do professional editing. Photoshop CS2, then Photoshop Elements 5, Corel Paintshop Pro X1, GIMP, Irfan view, Picassa..

Whatever was used, it was way overdone. She has no skin texture, completely washed out, the colors are too saturated and the shadows around her in the 2nd photo are a mess & blotchy. Sometimes you can get away with over editing if you are going for a certain look, but this is bad. If I did this to someones photo when I was retouching for a living I would have been fired. Know when to say when.

Sure. PhotoStudio 5, IrfanView, Adobe Photoshop, or Paint---but PhotoStudio 5 or Adobe are probably the best ones.

You can use Adobe Photoshop on a Mac or a PC. You can touch up your photos by evening out your skin tone, moving pixels of your good skin over blemishes, and brightening up your face where shadows are.

its the best software to enhance ur pictures.
For starter, you could use image adujustment for its brightness and contrast.
You could even "correct" ur features lik slimmer face,bigger eyes,sharper nose,etc by using " liquidfy" tool. the effect is gd and as if you hav undergo a cosmetic surgery.

Adobe Photoshop. You can change everything in the picture from the color levels to removing blemishes.

PICASA It's a free software download from Google. It is so simple even I can use it. Unless you are doing things to photos that will make them look professional and then have them printed for commercial purposes this software will make you happy.

yeah its called glamour shots..they can make you look like someone that you arent' but well why not just show as you got um..its better that way .. no one likes their photos ..its just human nature.. unless they are really egotistical
