yes, it is very important. one must feel proud and respect the country. iam an Indian. i will tell u my own experience, when i was travelling in spice jet, i was in flight, i saw a foreigner, who picked up the newspaper from the drawer, when he found it was a Hindi newspaper, he threw it away saying "bloody Indians." i told this to my parents and complaint to the air hostess and she told to the foreigner not to repeat it. while leaving the flight i dared to tell the foreigner,"this is not Ur country and dare u repeat it." he was shockingly watching me. the people in flight understood the matter and they too supported me. if u show Ur respect for country, forever, u will find it independent forever...

Not just no, HELL, NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Although I have a friend who believes his country is God, or to be more accurate, a Mother Goddess. So I guess there, if you're not patriotic, you don't love mata, and you MUST love your Mata Ji, right? But that's for him

For me it's still HELL, NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
