Not getting enough vitamins and minerals (like zinc) can bring down your sperm count. Take a good multivitamin and eat a balanced diet with more veggies and less fat and salt.

Wear boxers instead of briefs, and make sure your pants have some room in the crotch. If your testes are as hot as the rest of your body, the sperm will die.

Keep your weight within a normal range - being too overweight or underweight will reduce your sperm count too.

Sperm cells are continuously produced by the man's testicles. It is a natural bodily process. Just eat a normal healthy diet.
