There will be about twenty to twenty five of us. I want to do something different but not sure what to do. I'm also open to any fun activities for the group during the day before hand. We are all in our mid twenties to mid to late thirties. I'm her boyfriend and we've been dating for almost two years but I live in Seattle and we commute back and forth every month! That's why I'm not plugged into the SF scene. I appreciate your help.

If you want that combo of club/restaurant try

Rassalas on Fillmore at Geary. Blues and Jazz club with good Etheopian food.

Bix on Gold Alley near Jackson Street and Montgomery Jazz, good food, and a upscale crowd

Americano in Hotel Vitale on the Embaradero, good food, less cluby than the above two.

Look into Bacar in the South of Market district. They've got great food, the best wine list in San Francisco, fantastic mixed drinks, and live jazz almost every night. It's always hoppin' and there's always a good time to be had.
