"Ebonics" is a speech that Is associated with black but every uses a form of it. There's a way that i talk with my friends and there's a way i talk to my teachers and the out side world. There's way people talk in their home and away they talk in the world. Slang and lingo have been used through out decades. Hip. cool. Most people i know who use "Ebonics" know how to switch it up for the outside world. that may be the people I know. It's sometimes old vs. young language. Ebonics is just something else thrown at blacks to make us seem ignorant and uneducated when everyone has their own "Ebonics" , slang, and lingo. If you went to school you know how to speak proper english. But how many people really do speak exact proper english?

No, because there is no such language as Ebonics. It is just very poor English. Poor English is not limited to blacks, but the Politically Correctness Nazis have institutionalized it, as if it were a cultural variation

Yeah just go your local ghetto and walk up to a big black guy and tell him "you know, sir, I just don't seem to understand a word african americans say, could you give me a discourse on ebonics". And he will say "ey, wha' da *** u talkin bout, man don't u know I will beat yo white *** down, git the *** outta my face". Bet you would understand that and you didn't need any special course to understand you about to get yo *** kicked. Go away

Why don't you try teaching them how to speak proper English? Oh and please don't suggest that the usage of Ebonics, or speaking of improper English, is limited to African Americans because that's inaccurate.
