Excuse me but Britney and Hilary are quite good singers!Britney has produced many nice songs and so has Hilary.
The worst song ever would have to be,well im not sure probably any rap artists like anything by them.

Styx: Mr. Roboto, they were once a great band but they turned into a cheesy 80's new wave band when they did Mr. Roboto, even Tommy Shaw and James Young hates that song.

First off not all rap is garbage, only the stuff your hearing today. Until you've heard artists like Tupac, Public Enemy, Biggie Smallz, Big L, Run DMC, A Tribe Called Quest, Nas etc, don't tell me sh!t about all rap being garbage. Onto the question, definitely a song by paris hilton.

William Shatner (Captain Kirk) . his version of Lucy In the Sky With Diamonds, is a very low point in the history of music. luckily his singing career was short lived.
