after the terrible things and stuff Mr. Blair did, like the 'war on terror' thing, aiding Bush till the very end, and all the stuff similar.. will you still forgive him?

he has been a good PM afterall, thought he just got messed up with Mr. Bush and Bush's lopsided politics...

please no rude comments. peace to all.

he's a good PM, and did everything he could do to make UK better.. though maybe in the letter part of his PM years he missed some things that he should have done or did things that he should not have done.. when he became silent when he should have told George to 'stop doing this ****' and all.. but still, when i watched his videos, read the transcripts of his speeches, there is still that heart in him and i've seen that between Bush and Blair, Mr. Blair is the person who is the one who can say sorry, admit all his blunders... ( though i don't know if he's ready to be arrested, tried and persecuted or whatever it is, if ever that happens)...

maybe he just can't go out now from the major mistake he had made... he made that freaking deal with bush to stay by Bush's side till the end. maybe he just didn't prepare himself for the twist and turns in the things they had done. or he did his part but Bush did not.. (maybe only history, and the people can judge what should his fate be)

correction to the 2nd sentence in the additional details:

(original sentence)
though maybe in the letter part of his PM years he missed some things that he should have done or did things that he should not have done..

the 'letter' should be 'latter'

it's really hard to forgive someone when the factors that affect you judgment is the innocent people that were killed, the money wasted, the time lost that should have been used on more important things... yeah, one may probably choose hatred than forgiveness... and even if he asks for forgivenes, the lives lost can't come back again, and even his own life taken away can't pay for every single body that was killed-- but the only thing left that he can do is to at least, just this once-- do something good and right.

instead of bashing and criticizing people to smithereens, i think the people should instead tell that person what good thing to do instead, to save him from falling and commiting a possible blunder in his life. peace to all.

To Mr. Tony Blair, i think you still have barely 9 months to change for the better if the rumours were true that you are to step down in september..

Goodluck.

PM BLAIR is a great prime minister and he's been very balanced. He has considered the history of situations and used that history to help him make his choices. I'm not from the UK, but I for one think he's a damn fine PM.

Blair is going to retire in disgrace. He simple thought he could influence Bush, but Blair is not the only powerful person in Government or National Leadership to be fooled by George Bush.
Mr. Bush can look down his nose at anyone else in the world, and the more powerful ones possess the unenviable position of playing in the wrong league.
Mr. Bush dismisses everyone as absent from his fantasy. If Bush is not a sociopath, then he is schizoid out of his mind.
Bush lives in a different world. A world unpopulated by humans and full of Bush's toys.
He is like a walking ghost in one respect and a smirking clown in another.
But, Bush is not funny by ten, and Bush is not real by thousands.

Blair and bush is one thing, it's the criminals and currupt occupation of Iraq continues unabated, and in fact- worsens on hourly bases. Body bags are coming home from the middle east in the dark of night at a steady clip and our troops are being grievously wounded for no other reason than to reward the CEOs of the war profiteers with phenomenal holiday bonuses. Well the children of north America are being sacrificed like christmas turkeys so the turkeys in the white house can strut around and posture like dictators of banana republics. Think of the oil prices,Think about what happen with ERON scandel. They run the country you know for sheer profit. Oh I wonder why Kennedy got killed.

It is said intelligent people make foolish mistakes. In Gujarati , an Indian language proverb goes like this " Very Wise people tend to make silly mistakes" ( fact is average man does not ). Napoleon invaded Russia in winter, Watergate tapes were preserved by Nixon,Indira Gandhi called for general elections when her image was tarnished. When at the top you only have sycophants and no friends who advise you properly. One also tends to disregard good advise if given .These persons are mainly responsible for such blunders.

I'm an American, and as you can see we have our own problem. At least you can say that Mr. Blair has done some good. I like his demeanor and his zest.
When he is standing next to Bush, he makes George look even dumber.
Peace to you girlie.

I have found his policies to be very disappointing overall. For someone who was supposed to be Labour, he demonstrated very little of the traditional labour values.
