So, you "know" that you like her, but you cannot think of a single question to ask her? I fear that you have confused sexual attraction to personality compatibility. I would argue that to "like" her is to know her and to be "interested" in her is to want to get to know her. Interest is its own question generator! But if you can't think of a single question then I suspect that the only ones on your mind are of a sexual nature, like say, "What is your bra size?" Or "Will you sleep with me?" But I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and feed you a few questions:
1. You might want to know where she was born: City, State, Country, etc.
2. You might want to know about her family: Its size, brothers and sisters, mom and dad living or dead, etc.?
3. What is her belief (or lack of belief) in God?
4. Why have her past relationships failed?
5. What does she do for a living?
6. What is she looking for in a man?
7. Does she want to get married someday?
8. If she DOES want to get married, would she hope that it was going to happen sooner or later?
9. What does she like to do for fun?
10. What are her passions; e.g., animal rights, abortion rights, the homeless, the environment, etc.?
You get the point! GET TO KNOW HER! If I see a woman walking down the street and I say to a friend, "Wow, she is pretty," that doesn't mean that I "like" her. It means just what I said, that I find her attractive. I have NO IDEA what makes her tick, her sick, or anything else about her. What's her name? How old is she? Does she like flowers? Even the most basic questions need to be asked. Start thinking of her as a person, not a pretty girl that you want to be with. Then the questions should come more naturally.

ask her out makeit casual like talk about something and like out of nowhere or before going home say " hey wanna grab some food or go to a movie saturday nigth"

Okay, or, talk about her interests (ie, if she likes books, ask her what she's read. Sports, talk about her fav team. etc), her family. Ask her what she wants to do with her life. Just get to know her, then ask her out.
