it seems its gud idea to have a baby website and there rates are also reasonable. is anyone of you got baby website? or anyone of you planning to have? pls check this site and wat they are offering and tell me shall i buy it frm them?

You should, instead, buy a domain from Yahoo! geocities. Make it a family affair. Each branch of the family gets access to build their own webpages. It's cheaper than just buying this one service....and you would have more pages and more control over the overall look and feel.
I created my business website with this service. I have TONS of pages....including pages for my kids that are hidden from the general public. I have control.....no one else has access to my pictures and information about my kiddos!!
I vote NO on the 5foryou site!!

There are secure ways to create a website for family and friends. You can purchase a website name and create login security so that people can register only if you invite them. They will have to create passwords and you will have a list of all people who log on and when, how long, email addresses and so on. Also by buying a domain name strangers won't know the website name and thus won't have access to pictures, etc.
A domain name and server company to host a website cost maybe $50 a year total. There is a lot of free blogging and photo album software to use.
I would not use a public site, even with security.

You can make your own at Geocities for free... its really simple. You can also use something like Facebook to put all the pictures of the baby up, and then send the link to family and friends so they can view the pictures. Both are free. You can also ask a friend to help you set a website up, which would also be free.... point being.. you should'nt pay for that service.

I only have my child's picture on a website that you have to have a password to get to (and will go un-named on this public forum). I have a TON of out of town relatives, and have found this easier than trying to mail out a bunch of pictures. I wouldn't buy it if it costs money, and I wouldn't use it if just anyone could access it.

No, why feed the child predators. I think this is dangerous. Please do not do this as you make a target of your child.
