you cant increase the memory of the phone by memory cards as therz no card slot, however one can re-format the entire software(and delete factory installed stuff), but thats not advisable as its costly and the chances of phone failure after formatting is more...so you may do more damage to your phone to just increase the memory..formatting needs to be done by people who have good experience in doing these kind of activities...
you can buy a new phone rather, one which has a card slot....

You can't do so becoz there is no slot for it. Nokia 6020 doesn't support this feature
