It takes time to become that limber and flexible unless it is natural for you. You want to do about 5 minutes of cardio to warm up your muscles. Then work on various stretching exercises for a few minutes. Work out on a mat on the floor. The bed isn't stable enough for a beginner. To work on that particular move, start in a prone position. Push up your shoulders and lower legs, keeping your abdomen on the mat, while trying to touch your feet to your head. When you feel comfortable you can try a more advanced position. Keep things balanced and work on opposing positions. Don't force yourself past your current flexibility limits. You may want to get a partner to help you when you work on more advanced positions. Remember that not everyone is capable of doing the same things as others may be.
