This girl wrote this nasty email to me and it really hurt. I was going to take the high road and be mature and not say anything back, but now I'm like: How come she got to say what she wanted to say and I didn't? I mean, there was a ton of stuff I wanted to get off my chest before she ended it all and now I really want to do that. Is that little of me? Does it make me a bad person? Because I'm really worried about my personal harmony and how I'll feel if I can't get this off my chest. Like my karma is gonna be all out of wack if I don't get to have some last words...

How about a compromise? Write down what you want to get off your chest and then put it away in a safe place. This way you can get it off your chest and you won't worry about saying something you might regret later.

I think you can still reply as long as your can maintain yourself being the bigger person while getting those things off your chest. If you need some sort of closure within yourself, that's normal...but if you just want to be nasty back to her, that's not productive at all and will only make things more intense.
She hurt your feelings but you can't always worry about what someone else thinks about you or says about you because it will consume you and you will never be happy trying to be what others want you to be. Sometimes we just have to shrug things off and move on. Best of luck.

Miss Lady, there is an old sayin that a closed mouth doesn't get fed. It doesn't make you a bad person to say whats on your mind, but be careful cause you can't take back what you say! You can still say whats on your mind without being nasty. The high road has many paths to get there!!

say what you will and have your peace, it will probably start an e-mail war and a never ending string of new insults. but if you feel better, just say what you need to say, and if you can write it in the most civil manner possible, so you get things off your chest without stooping down to her level.

You can write a letter with your feelings in it and just put it in the trash. You should not lower yourself to her level. Just because she showed how immature she was does not mean you need to do the same. Meditate on it, pray on it and write the letter you get to say the last word on paper but you will throw yours where it really belongs,,,,in the trash.

You can respond, but just be mature about it. If you want to lay into her, let her know that you're just wasting you're breath and time and that you've got better things to do than to play around with nasty emails. How immature of her. Girls are evil!

Write down how you feel and what you want to say - then ring her rather than emailing and get it off your chest. But be warned, you should never argue with an idiot, they drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience ;-)
