In the legend of zelda Twilight princess how do you finish off killing the plant boss that has the mokey capt.

after you kill it it turns kind of inside out how do i kill it

Once the plant has turned inside out, all you need to do is grab one of the exploding creatures that will appear. Then... feeding time for the plant, if you know what I mean.
If you don't know what I mean, throw the bomb into the plant's moutn and it will die.

I think I know where you are. If you look around, there is a bomb plant. Take the bomb and throw it inside the plant. It will blow up. Collect the key and free the monkey.
