my sister died also at 4 months old. I didn't know that I was a twin really until I was about 10. I just assumed that we people refered to me as the twin they were talking about my likeness to my mother. When I did find out that I was a twin and actually saw pictures of us together I missed not knowing what it would be like to grow up with someone closer to you than anyone else could be. I now have twins but they are boy and girl and although they are very close they are so different. I also know twins that are identical in looks but one is nice and the other is missing some personality genes. so now that I am older I still wish I could have grown up with my sister but I am okay that I didn't. maybe in the next life we could try again.

I didn't have a twin, but I lost my last child @ 7 mts. loosing a child is extreamly hard. I lost mine in a car accident. The way I dealt with it was to be very grateful I didn't loose my two boys in the same wreck. I know its so hard to deal with, but it can not be changed. What I learned most from the experience was how much more I appreciated my two other children. When this happened to me it was a life changing experience ,from that moment on I knew exactly why I was put on this earth and what the most important things in my life were. Money, homes, and material things meant nothing to me when I woke up in that car and didn't know if any of my children had survived. The irony of the whole experience was, I had been thinking if I had a certain amount of money I could pay off my house and all my bills and I would be completly happy. The amount of money I thought I needed was the exact amount I received in the insurance settelment. It came to my mind th old saying be careful what you wish for you just might get it.
Count your blessings and count some of them twice.
