A number of other organs not listed here individually play decisive roles. The most important basic component of all these organs and organ systems is the cell, the smallest unit in the body. Cells can move, reproduce, grow, possess a metabolism of their own and register and convey external stimuli. These characteristics qualify them as living organisms.

Organ ????

The length of all blood vessels in a human body reaches about 100,000 kilometers. Tiniest vessels – capillaries – are not more than four micrometers in diameter. The amount of blood in a human organism is not constant, although it does not exceed seven or ten liters. This is definitely not enough to fill all blood vessels. Furthermore, red corpuscles are about seven micrometers in diameter, which makes it hard to imagine how they manage to flow along 4-micrometer capillaries...

i reckon even smaller is DNS/GENE r basic CELL/ATOM/Nucleus.. it all comes down to this..

What do you mean by "organ"? I'm thinking of a gland, but not sure that is what you mean.
