Use a feather duster if you just want to get rid of the dust.
Bring it down and lay on the floor and spray it with spray gun if the dust accumulate too thick and cannot clean by feather duster.

Dishwashing soap and really hot water in the tub... open the blinds as much as possible and lay them in the tub. Swish them around now and again. Dishwashing soap removes all grease and grime and won't harm the plastic or the cords. Once they are clean, empty the tub and turn the shower on nice and hot to rinse the blinds. It's important to rinse with hot water. Hang the blinds to dry... and voila!

Yes. The way that is easiest to clean them is to take them down one at a time and soak them in the bathtub in a solution of dish detergent and hot water. You can then rinse them either the easy way or the hard way. The hard way would be to rinse with the tub tap and the easy way would be to take them outside and rinse with the water hose. You can let them air dry while outside and not have a mess in your house to clean up. You can also add say a cup of bleach if they are very dirty to help clean them.

Definatly the best way is to take them down and soak them in some soapy water with a little bleach. A friend of mine throws them in her swimming pool for a couple of hours. I thought it was funny ( and strange). But, like she said " the pool has chlorine in it so she just throws them in and when its time to take them out she rinses them off with the hose and lets them air dry. If you can't use a pool, soak them in your tub, let the water out and rinse with the shower running. let air dry outside.
