I love this movie. One part almost made me cry.

I thought it was pretty interesting. Especially because it's based on a true story. The movie is a bit long, but you'll just have to stay awake to see how he gets to being a stockbroker.

It is a story about someone who worked hard, got lucky, and became successful.
It is a story about someone who made some bonehead decisions in life and endangered his son.
I didn't like it.
(Although I agree with Hank. The acting of Will Smith and his son were the best thing about the movie.)

i saw it- it was good and will smith's son is adorable. however, it is really depressing and somewhat drags on. you will leave the movie feeling emotionally drained and feeling guilty for being lucky enough to have everything you do- all in all though it was a good movie

I thought it was an adequate story, but it was Will Smith's acting that made it worth watching. He has become a competent actor.

I loved it. It is one of those movies that inspires you to act within your own life. What I like most about this movie is that it is based on someone's true life story...it is not a fairytale.

excellent movie. saw it opening day. will smith should get an oscar for his portrayal of chris gardner, little jayden smith was awesome too. the movie is motivating and inspirational. it made me laugh and cry. i highly recommend you see it.
