The sk3 IS worth the money. Its only $250 now with a 2 year plan from t-mobile. You can buy 1 off of eBay for an average of $350 NEW and get a 1 year plan. I have a new one if you want it??

Don't get a sk2. Its older and ugly. Its like a dvd (sk3) to a vhs (sk2)!!!

The camera is ok but its nothing special. Sharp says its 1.3 megapixels but the large sk3 screen makes it a little grainy. It has a very bright flash though. There is no video capture which kinda suck though.

This is definitely a teenagers phone. It is more of a toy to us (im a teen too with a couple of friends with sk3s). You will be on it all the time if you are the social type and it is really worth it if you are trying to show it off to people!!

The sk3 is better. There are 5 major differences to the 2 and 3:

1) The 3 now has a trackball so instead of just going up and down you can now go side 2 side
2) It is %20 smaller which is a very big change if you had a 2
3) It is also black which is a much better color in my opinion
4) The keys are now not able to come off or fade away with the new buttons it has.
5) There is now music and themes for the phone

You have to pay the normal monthly fee plus a $20 sk3 fee which is mandatory for all sidekick users. It covers the unlimited web use, unlimited messages (texts, e-mail, and chat), and covers the over the air updates to the phone.

*The Pros*
- (5 listed changes above)

- The internet looks like a real internet screen and not all bunched up like a flip phone. It is the only phone like this besides pda's.

- You can do a lot off stuff at 1 time on this phone and it won't freeze or slow up.
Ex. You can be playing music while on the internet and you get a text. You can switch over and respond to the text while the internet is loading. The internet will have a little message that its done. You can finsh the text then go right back to the internet and go back to what you were doing with no waiting.

*The cons*
-The battery only lasts about 16 hours if you are a frequent user and there isn’t an extended battery to the sk3. It takes about 6 hours to charger it from a dead to a full battery also.

-The camera could be better

-You can only pic games and ring tones ($2.50) from their selection on the phone. T-Mobil has disabled any other way of getting games or ring tones. They are worth it though!!

- Bluetooth is crippled (I don't even use it so it doesn't matter to me) and is only used as an ear piece

- No alarm

I have a new extra sk3 if you want it for $200?? I will also have a 2gb mini sd mem card if you want it for free. Store 100s of songs or 10,000s of pics with this card. I have been working at t-mobile for a few weeks so it has its advantages.
