NO! the opening to the cervix gets a tiny bit bigger to allow for the flow. The vagina doesn't change at all.

No, just your cervix and only a tiny bit although the hormonal change might make the vulva swell a bit or thin out. This might be what you're talking about. Hope this helps.

Your uterus which is deep inside your vagina swells. That is what gives you that "crampy" bloated feeling.
