When two or more computers are logged into the same network, create a "shared" folder on the computer with the files to be transferred. Make a copy of the folder which contains the files you want to share. Paste the folder into the shared folder. On receiving computer(s), run a search (start menu) on the computer with the shared folder. Explore the computer for shared items. When you find the desired folder, create a shortcut to the it (such as on desktop). Now you can access the music from the other computer -- provided both are currently logged onto the same network. You can make local copies from here so that the network would no longer be needed.

Same way you move them around on your PC! Copy and paste! You need file sharing enabled on both PCs, you will then see a sharing tab when you right click a folder. When its all set up, just click on my network places and open the pc that you want to move files too or from, find the files, copy them and paste them wherever you want.
