lm sure it must be hard for you...as you would want your little girl in bed by a reasonable time.
If you want to have a good NYE....snuggle up in bed with her..and watch a good movie....her choice first....then yours....
Being out on the roads is not a good thing to be doing...too many people have lost their lives to others....and best to be safe than sorry.

Several ways. If you have a friend with a small child, invite her over. Rent your favorite movies, make a nice dinner or just have snack food. Get some sparkling juice, chill and serve in nice glasses- toast in the new year with one of the count downs.

Same as above, only invite several Friends with small children. Have a slumber party for the adults and the children. Enjoy music, games, snacks, a movie-you name it. Make some confetti or buy some. All join together at midnight and yell Happy New Year.

We like to attend the New Year's Service at our church. We wear party hats, use noise makers and all the choirs/praise groups prepare a song or two that is uplifting and praise worthy. We have a guest speaker who gives a short inspirational message. We have a balloon drop at midnight with all greeting one another with Happy New Year. This is followed by a nice fellowship meal with music. begin around 10:30 pm and the dinner is around 1 am. All things die down around 2:30 -3 am and then it's safe to go home. Those who do not want to travel stay over and bring sleeping bags for the night! It is very nice. God bless you what ever you decide to do. know that we are all with you and that you are not alone.

Set the clock ahead so that at 8 pm the clock says midnight, have a countdown with your daughter and whoop it up. Then when she's asleep, take a luxurious bubble bath, and watch your favorite DVD.
