In Iraq?
The original plan, and I believe the current plan is that the oil monies go to the provinces where the oil is, which means little or no money in the Sunni areas.

Sharing the oil monies will have no effect on peace in Iraq. They could give it to all one group or another and it still won't stop them from killing each other.

Peace... The creation of sects have been for mans benefit, for textile useful factors etc....They did it for benefit in this international... The Quran says that Allah will cope with the human beings who create sects and seperate themselves from the Ummah, additionally it says to stay faraway from divisions for divisions can convey doubts into the potential of allah.... Muslims have solidarity...whilst they bypass to the mosque to desire they stand togetehr shoulder to shoulder and pray to the 1God, Allah. Peace
