well either way, yes i did but it didn't work out for me. believe it or not when you run on thin ice it tends to break and then you fall...into the cold knee deep water, face first so that all the other people walking by, stop and start laughing at you as you try to get out. Then you walk home, being the only person on the very busy streets soaking wet, getting stares and snickers that you know is saying how stupid they think you are. Your hair freezes into little icicles by the time you get home and your clothes are too stiff to get out of and you have to go into the hot shower still wearing the clothes with the smelly lake water on you until they unfreeze. And since it's a small town and everybody knows practically everybody, suddenly everybody recognizes you as the silly girl who ran across the melting lake.
.....anyway....how about you? Ever tried to run on water?
