You need 100% in your classes to get the yellow belt in millsberry. I'm not sure of the requirements for your other statistics (health, intelligence, athletics and civics) but you can determine if those are high enough by looking at the 4 boxes that show below your task status. If the boxes are green then you should be fine in terms of those stats.

You need 100% in ALL your belt classes. That's everything from white belt to black belt. I hope I helped.
