I'm trying to change my name under address contact information...and I'm not having any luck... Help!?

I'd really like to change it... does anyone know how? I've even restarted the computer and still nothing... I've even checked after a few days still doesn't change? What am I doing wrong? Or is it even possible. I'm not talking about the user Id... it is the name under the contact info... so if I send you an e-mail... it would be the name that you would see. Thanks

It more than likely has to do with your computer and how you set up your mail. Your computer may be placing all the mail in your default address. Perhaps you should not have a default address.
