especially on weekends, or when the weekend approaches. What is this phenomenon? Can anyone explain it? I know others have noticed it with themselves also.
If you have plans, you focus and get stuff done before leaving.
If you know you ain't going anywhere, you do absolutely nothing!! You actually waste MORE time by not going out.
Am I the only one like this?

It is essentially an addiction.
These come about by irregular, yet frequent reward.
Reading something new can be rewarding. So can receiving an answer to a question be or answering a question.
Similar things are going on with different websites. It's quite dangerous, actually.

Yup. I'm on the phone with my boyfriend and it's, like, midnight. I've been up to about 2am (give or take) everyday this week on Yahoo Answers. It's adictive and I'm hoping it'll wear off.
We're both in the same boat, if that helps!
