Crosby will be in the top 3. If he had more skilled wingers with him he would be number 1. The only thing keeping him down is the inexperience penguins. Think about that and how scary he would / will be!

Obviously he could, unless he gets injured or something.. but I think it is going to be close. Currently, here are the point totals:
1. S. Crosby PIT 55
2. M. Hossa ATL 52
3. J. Jagr NYR 51
then you have Ovechkin, Lacavalier, Saint Louis, and Iginla.
For the NHL's sake, I hope Crosby remains on top but Ovechkin is not far behind.. and he is fiercely competitive!

Amasser? Is that even a word. OK, "amass" but what about top point getters or just scoring leaders? I'm going to start using it..."Look at those Blues. They have no point amassers. No wonder they suck."

Well, I think so, given he finished6th in scoring last season and, barring injuries, he may do the same or better given he's leading the NHL in scoring as I write.

I think he'll be in the top three, what is going to hurt him are his wingers. Just imagine if he wasn't out with that groin injury!

Interesting fact. If crosby doesn't get a point, pens don't get a win.

i think the top two will be out of Crosby and Jagr, you can never put Jagr out of the race no matter how much you hate him he can rake up the points at any given time. Crosby and Jagr top two with over 130 points.
