Is an internet connection of 640K/256K fast enough to handle music video downloads and uploads?

cuz my apartment only has 640K/256K max, and I have to pay $34.99 per month, it's cable modem internet.

Will this be fast enough to use bitcomet, bit torrent, limewire, while browsing the web at the same time?

yes easily I'm on 256k/64k and it goes slow but its still usable

its depends on your processor speed plus the internet speed.......if you have internet speed over 5 mb you will be fine
