I'm sure there are plenty out there, but the only one that immediately springs to mind is this Lifetime movie (or at least that's where I saw it) called Secret Cutting about a high school girl who cuts herself. It was made in 2000, starring Kimberlee Peterson. Pretty good movie.

The Maggie Gylenhall character in 'The Secretary' is a cutter. The movie has a fabulous plot as well as a twisted perverted James Spader at his best. enjoy. My mate is also telling me about a movie with Angelina Jolie and Antonio Banderas called maybe 'Original Sin' where Angelina's character's lover cuts her during sex.

It's about this woman who cuts herself but she gets a job working for this guy who's into D/s. He dominates her and gets her to stop by punishing her when she does something bad. At first she's scared of it but then she grows to need it.
There is another movie...I think it's The Last Emperor...where this guy cuts his wrists at the end and kills himself by putting them in a sink of hot water...but I'm not sure...
There's a BRIEF scene in A Beautiful Mind where the 'John Nash' character cuts open his arm trying to find an implant....
Besides that no...sorry...it's not a very popular thing to happen in a movie....
