To dream of being pregnant means that you are expecting something new.... something that wasn't offered, given, or known before... but something expected.... So, it is with expecting mothers, that something new is to come......

It means nothing. Along with all the rest of your dreams. They are a result of subconscious thought, and have no mystical definition. Do blind people dream about babies talking? no. They dream about other sensory stimuli. You dream what you think, and that is an incredible amount of stuff on a daily basis.

I think it means that you need to give birth to your voice. You know you have thoughts and opinions but you have yet to release them. You think of it as a stage of maturity and maternity. You need to be ready to accept your thoughts. I think if means that you expect people to believe your hidden thoughts on your first delivery. You think of your ideas as fresh an new and they can stand on their own. What you may not realize is that thoughts sometimes need time to mature, they cannot always be accepted as valid right away. Even you thought it was weird that a baby would be born knowing how to talk, things need time to be digested. Don't rush things.
