I am currently studying 3d animation at school and for graduation i am going to purchase myself a new PC. I want to build a PC and buy it rather than get a dell or something. I was wondering what are some good sites to use that allow you to choose all your components and they build it. also any recommendations about the minuim specs in all aspects that i should get if the main purpose for the PC is 3d animation.

Hello,
I have been building my own computer since the late 80's and I used the following on-line stores:
www.zipzoomfly.com
www.newegg.com
www.tigerdirect.com

In that order.
